Before you commit: the concrete answers

ABP Consulting is a French management-training and coaching firm working in Seychelles. It runs management, sales and communication training, facilitates team seminars, and provides one-to-one coaching for managers and business owners.

Courses run from one to three days. Any course can also be split into half-days spread over several weeks, which usually suits managers who cannot leave their team for consecutive days.

Participants receive an attendance certificate from ABP Consulting naming the programme and its duration. These are professional development programmes, not accredited qualifications.

Training teaches a shared method to a group and suits several people needing the same foundation. Coaching starts from one person’s specific situation, has no curriculum, and suits a manager stuck on something particular.

Yes. You meet two or three certified coaches before the work starts and pick the one you want. Nobody is assigned a coach, because the fit between the two people is what determines whether the engagement produces anything.

Twelve hours in total, in sessions of ninety minutes to two hours — so six to eight sessions, spaced two to three weeks apart, and an engagement of roughly three to six months. The volume is fixed before the first session rather than extended as it goes.

Yes. The employer agrees the objective at the outset and receives progress against that objective, never the content of sessions. What is said in a session stays between coach and client.

Training and coaching are delivered in English, French or Spanish. Both languages this site is published in are also delivery languages; Kreol Seselwa is not.

Yes. In-company delivery is the most common format, and usually the more effective one, because participants work on real situations from their own organisation rather than on generic case studies.

Most courses run with six to twelve participants, so that everyone works on a real situation. Team coaching is sized to the team itself.

Our courses run in-company only, so fees are quoted per group and depend on duration, group size and location. Ask us and we will send a firm figure.

Not yet. ABP is opening this market and has no Seychellois client to name at this stage. The firm has been training and coaching in France for years, and has a first client in Dubai.
